If you're ready to commit to a daily practice, this fun and engaging video series is for you!

In the videos, Elizabeth will teach a series of 10-minute daily sessions to introduce you to a variety of proven, everyday breathing techniques to help you establish your own daily routine and learn to reduce stress both in the moment and overall.

Beginning with breathing best practices, we'll learn easy beginner and intermediate methods for managing stress, shifting energy, improving focus, and letting go of negative stress-holding patterns.

The accompanying workbook helps you define the best practices for your daily mindful breathing routine!

You'll learn to:

1. Re-establish a healthy everyday breathing pattern and all of the benefits it brings.

2. Establish your own daily routine. Research shows it’s possible to build cognitive muscle, aka gray matter in your brain through meditation and mindfulness practice. Breathwork is the most approachable option for many people.

3. Regulate energy and emotions in the moment using your breath.
