We live in a world of nutrition confusion.
What is a healthy diet? 9 out of 10 people claim they’re eating healthy, but with over 5,000 hidden artificial food ingredients in so much of what they eat, it’s no surprise that disease rates are skyrocketing.
We’re so bombarded with piles and piles of research that is usually conflicting, confusing, and so overwhelming that it’s difficult to know who’s telling the REAL truth.
And what’s more, it’s hard to create a healthy meal routine with all of this conflicting advice. There are always those pressing questions you can’t seem to get solid answers to.
You know, questions like...
Should I avoid carbs or salt or fried foods?
What about those irresistible sugar cravings?
What can I do about having low energy all the time?

These questions and many others were a battle for me at first. I was torn by all the “healthy” approaches to eating that actually weren’t healthy at all. I would read food labels and count calories—only to remain overweight and run down. I couldn’t seem to lose the excess pounds, and my emotions were up and down like a roller coaster.
But it wasn’t until I had my firstborn 10 years ago that I got fed up and decided to change all that. I went on an “education drive” that changed the course of my life. I read everything under the sun about health and nutrition. I sought experts in the field of whole foods and nutrition and soaked up all they had to say.
I even earned a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University. Eventually I distilled all of this knowledge into a simple set of easily actionable plans that I quickly incorporated into my own family.
The results were spectacular...
I began to easily manage my weight, my energy level soared, I stopped getting sick, and my skin began to glow. These changes have been life-altering for me and for my family, inspiring me to write my new book, Beanalicious Living. And now I want to share what I discovered with you.
