- Pre and post assessments for creating a baseline for change, clarifying goals and understanding obstacles
- 4, 30 minute private breathwork training sessions with Elizabeth
- Daily practice homework (5-minute sessions) with instructional videos
- Daily practice reminders
Coaching Bio
An engaged and energetic ICF-certified life coach accredited in personal transformation and professional leadership coaching, yoga teacher training and breathwork. I bring 15-years of experience into a collaborative coaching conversations, with a slew of practical tools for redirecting thoughts, finding focus and unwinding your way back to balance.
Based on Portland OR, I typically meet over zoom or by phone. I love helping people to get clear about deeper goals, and overcome hidden belief systems using mindful breathwork and practices. I currently teach yoga and breathwork at the Bay Club in Tigard and in private coaching sessions online and in person.
