I’m thrilled to launch this next evolution of the free micro-move challenges I’ve designed to support daily self-awareness practice. Which is all well and good, but…what’s a mindset reset challenge?

As leading neuroscientist, Dr. Amisha Jha reminds us, “when the going gets tough, the tough stay present”. And these days, the going has been tough for a lot of us.

Which is why knowing more about how the mind-body system works to keep you in a high alert state, even when it’s making you distracted and unhappy, can help you to change it.

We can’t think our way out of a stress state, and knowing better isn’t enough to lead to doing better where habits are concerned.

But learning to navigate your mind-body ecosystem reveals practical strategies for changing the emotional tide, one mindful step at a time. The Mindset Reset Challenge prompts you to notice your thinking habits, and how often our subconscious anxious thoughts keep looping unless we intentionally redirect them.
