Positive Intelligence is designed to help you to learn where your hidden defense mechanisms are creating the beliefs which keep you stuck. You'll learn how judging yourself, others, and circumstances is a key source of your stress and that instead of motivating you, it's sabotaging. Most participants discover their Judge to be far more prevalent and damaging than they realized.
Each of us has a go-to defense pattern that acts as an accomplice to your Judge Saboteur. The PQ Saboteur Assessment helps you to see your unique and often subconscious patterns: Avoider, Controller, Hyper-Achiever, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Vigilant, Pleaser, Restless, Stickler, Victim.
PQ training helps you to increase your ability to focus and manage your emotions, to build the courage and resilience to overcome the obstacles associated with change, and most importantly, to find purpose and fulfillment while taking action toward your goals.
Introducing the PQ Program
Designed like a mental fitness boot camp, the Positive Intelligence (PQ) Program is a blended learning journey that gives you the insights, motivation, accountability and structure to build your mental muscle by practicing 15 minutes per day for 6 weeks.
The program combines weekly videos from PQ creator Shirzad Chamine and weekly LIVE group coaching sessions with Elizabeth alongside daily app-guided practices to boost your mental fitness muscles.
What is Mental Fitness?
Mental fitness describes your ability to respond to life’s challenges with a positive rather than negative mindset.
And it can be measured! Your Positive Intelligence Quotient (PQ) has been found to be the best predictor of how well you perform relative to your potential. It measures the relative strength of your ability to focus your attention to align with your goals and is a strong predictor of leadership, performance, and overall satisfaction.

Anyone ready to increase your ability to increase focus and manage emotions, to build the courage and resilience to overcome the obstacles associated with change and most importantly, to find purpose and fulfillment while taking action toward your goals. The Positive Intelligence program is based on the book by Shirzod Chamine, Stanford professor and international best-selling author. The program has been validated by hundreds of Fortune 500 leaders as a proven framework for improving performance by overcoming negative thinking patterns. It’s delivered online and with weekly 30-60 minute (optional) group meetings. PQ group coaching is limited to up to five people at a time.
You’ll be asked to watch a one-hour video, which is released each Friday and can be broken into smaller increments to watch over the weekend or until your 30-minute weekly accountability pod meeting.
There are also daily mental fitness check-ins that add up to about 15 minutes a day.
The ability to look at your subconscious programming, your hidden beliefs and defenses that underly your narrative. When you’re able to see where your story is holding you back, you can change it. You’ll see where your subconscious judgement of self, others and situations is standing between you and your goals as you learn everyday practices for redirecting it.
It's six weeks of learning and practical action. You'll watch a weekly video lesson between Saturday and Monday. If you choose to join a pod, you can meet with fellow group members early in the week at a mutually agreed on time for group coaching to cement the weekly learning.
From Monday through Friday, you access the PQ App with daily challenges to practice strengthening your mental muscle. Get daily support from your coach and peer group in the community section of the app, and daily access to the mental fitness gym.
